OMI provides comprehensive haemodialysis services for inpatients
and outpatients alike. Separate machines are allocated for the dialysis
of Hepatitis B reactive, Hepatitis C reactive and Non reactive patients.
Haemodialysis is carried out by a qualified and experienced technicians
under the supervision of ICU Resident Medical Officers. The patients
are closely monitored during dialysis with the help of multiparameter
cardiac monitors providing continuous displays of ECG, blood pressure,
oxygen saturation and temperature. Strong emphasis is placed upon
patient’s safety, proper screening of patient’s regular
sterilization and disinfection of haemodialysis machines. |
