The Radiology and Medical Imaging Department is one of the diagnostic supporting arms of the Hospital. It is open 24 hours for indoor and outdoor patients. The department has modern facilities for radiological procedures, aside from basic normal radiology, ultrasound, color Doppler and interventional procedures, etc. It is also equipped with an Image Intensifier, Linear Tomography facility and a Fluroscopic setup. Mobile X-ray units are also available for patients who cannot be comfortably mobilized.

The Ultrasound division has state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment. Apart from routine pelvic and abdominal examinations, color Doppler imaging of blood vessels is also done. Interventional procedures such as abscess drainage and aspiration biopsies are done under ultrasound guidance.
